Terms and Conditions

The service offered is the Founder Freedom Consultation — a paid 1:1 business consultation session with Shailesh Kantak, priced at ₹299 (INR) per session. The session is delivered remotely via video call and is intended for founders of Indian MSMEs seeking guidance on reducing founder-dependence in their business.

The consultation is advisory in nature. Any outcomes depend on the participant's own implementation and business context. No specific financial, revenue or business result is guaranteed.

The session fee of ₹299 is payable in full at the time of booking, in Indian Rupees, via our authorised payment gateway (Cashfree Payments). Access to the booking calendar and confirmation is provided only after a successful payment.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes will not affect sessions already paid for.

After successful payment, you will be redirected to our scheduling page to choose a session slot. It is your responsibility to book a slot promptly and to join the session on time via the link provided.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Requests made within 24 hours of the session, or non-attendance ("no-shows"), will be treated as a completed session and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

All content shared during the consultation — including frameworks, worksheets, recordings, and any supporting material or bonuses (such as the book "Escape the Founder's Trap") — is the intellectual property of Shailesh Kantak and/or Flexi Ventures Pvt. Ltd.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use this material for your own business. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, or share the material publicly without prior written consent.

Refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or connected to the service is limited to the amount actually paid by you for that session (₹299).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
