My Story
I built teams for others for 23 years. Then I fell into the same trap myself.
For 23 years, I held senior and CXO-level corporate positions. I led large teams. I built structures that let people own outcomes.
Then I started my own business. And for 7 years, I built no people systems at all.
I checked everything. I approved everything. I was afraid to let go. I worked harder every year, and the business still stayed stuck.
The problem was never my team. The problem was a business built to depend on me.
The turning point came when I stopped trying to fix it alone. I took outside help. I learned to think in systems, not effort. I built role clarity, ownership and accountability, one system at a time.
Today I spend about 20% of my time on that business. My team has grown it 6X over pre-Covid levels.
Since then, I have worked with more than 500 MSME business owners. I wrote down what I learned in my book, Escape The Founder's Trap. And I now help founders like you make the same shift, faster than I did.
