MSME India Network
Founder Freedom Program
MSME India Network · Live 1:1 Business Consultation
Every decision still comes to your desk. Every hire still needs your approval. That's not a phase. That's a system you haven't built yet.
What You Will Walk Away With
Built for MSME founders past ₹3 Cr in turnover — still the one holding the business together.
Somewhere between ₹1 Cr and ₹3 Cr, hard work was enough. Past ₹3 Cr, it stops working. The business gets bigger. The founder's plate gets fuller. And the very hustle that built the company becomes the thing that's now holding it back.
🎁 Every founder who books today receives a free physical copy of Escape The Founder's Trap — shipped to your door. No extra charge.
Not more exhaustion.

About The Coach
Founder of The MSME India Network · Leadership & People Systems Expert
Shailesh Kantak spent 23 years in senior and CXO-level corporate positions, leading large teams and building the systems that turn managers into leaders. Then he stepped into entrepreneurship, and spent the next several years learning a harder lesson: the systems that scale a large company don't automatically exist in a growing MSME. They have to be built, deliberately, from the ground up.
That gap became his life's work. He founded Flexi Ventures, and later, the MSME India Network (MINT), a founder-led ecosystem built on one mission: helping MSME owners past ₹3 Cr build teams that take ownership, systems that scale, and businesses that no longer depend on them for survival.
Across 35 years and 500+ business owners mentored, the pattern has stayed the same. The business doesn't get stuck because the founder isn't working hard enough. It gets stuck because the founder is still doing the work the business has outgrown.
Shailesh's work is built on one belief: businesses should run on systems, not on the founder.
The 6 Founder Traps
They Slowly Get Trapped.
Your team waits. You decide. Growth slows.
You spend more time chasing work than building the business.
Employees work... but responsibility is missing.
The business runs ONLY when you push it.
Roles are unclear. Execution becomes inconsistent.
More clients. More people. More chaos. But not more freedom.
You've read the books. You've watched the reels. You already know what a well-run business is supposed to look like.
Knowing was never the hard part.
Building it, month after month, inside a real business with real people, is.
Most founders don't get stuck from a lack of information. They get stuck from a lack of implementation. And doing it alone is the long path to the same destination you could reach faster with the right support.
Not because you're not capable. Because you're too close to your own business to see it clearly, and too busy running it to rebuild it at the same time.
This call isn't more advice. It's a second pair of eyes, and a system built with you, not just handed to you.
Alone.

Real Founders
Hard Work Alone Doesn't Scale A Business.
Founders at every stage, from ₹3 Cr to ₹1000 Cr+, once faced the same trap.
From daily firefighting → to structured growth.
Definition
The Founder's Trap begins when the business grows... but the founder remains the center of everything.
Every decision. Every escalation. Every follow-up. Every problem.
At first, it feels like control. Over time, it becomes operational dependency.
Because a great business should not collapse when the founder steps away.
You'll get a real audit of where your business depends on you, and where it shouldn't. Shailesh will map the specific gaps in your systems and team.
Content tells you what's wrong. This call maps what's wrong in your specific business, with your team size and your bottlenecks.
This program is built for founders past that stage. If you're not there yet, the book is a better starting point.
Only for serious founders — limited slots.
If the business can't run without you, it isn't actually built yet.
This call is specifically for founders running businesses between ₹3 Cr and ₹50 Cr — with a team of 10 or more — who are ready to implement, not just learn.
