Refunds and Cancellations

Sessions cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time are eligible for a full refund of ₹299. To cancel, email us at shailesh@shaileshkantak.com from the same email address used to book the session, mentioning your name, mobile number, and scheduled slot.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, and no-shows (failing to join the session at the scheduled time), are not eligible for a refund. The session will be treated as delivered.

As a one-time courtesy in genuine cases (medical or emergency), we may — at our sole discretion — offer to reschedule the session once, subject to availability.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (via Cashfree Payments) within 7 working days of the cancellation request being confirmed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 2–5 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Sessions that have already been delivered, and any complimentary bonus materials (such as the book "Escape the Founder's Trap"), are non-refundable.

• Full name used at booking
• Registered mobile number and email
• Scheduled session date & time
• Reason for cancellation

Our team will confirm eligibility and initiate the refund within 2 working days.
